Returns and Refund

Due to the custom nature of DTF printing, all sales are final once production begins.

No Refunds on Custom Orders

DTF transfers, gang sheets, and printed items are made specifically for each customer. For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

Incorrect size chosen by customer
Artwork/design errors submitted by customer
Change of mind after ordering

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly help.

To request a replacement, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order number
Clear photos of the issue

Eligible cases may receive a free reprint or replacement.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, production may begin and cancellation will not be possible.

Select a sheet size based on how many designs you want to print. Larger sheets allow more designs and better cost efficiency. Our builder will show you how much space you’re using in real-time.

Can I resize and duplicate my designs?

Yes! You can easily resize, duplicate, rotate, and arrange your designs inside the builder to fully maximize your gang sheet space.

Do you check my file before printing?

Yes, we review all gang sheets to ensure proper quality. However, please make sure your files are high resolution and correctly sized, as we do not edit designs unless requested.
