What is DTF printing and how does it work?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing is a modern method of printing designs onto a special film, which is then transferred onto fabric using heat and pressure. Unlike vinyl or DTG, DTF transfers work on many fabric types and provide vibrant, long-lasting prints. The process includes printing the design, applying adhesive powder, curing it, and pressing it onto the garment.
How do I upload my design for printing?
Uploading your design is simple. During checkout, you will see an option to upload your artwork file. Just select your design from your device and submit it with your order. If you have multiple designs or gang sheets, you can upload them all before completing payment. If you experience any issues, you may also email your files to our support team.
What file formats do you accept (PNG, PDF, AI, etc.)?
We accept high-quality design files such as:
- PNG (transparent background recommended)

How long does production and shipping take?
Production time usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on order volume. After printing, shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Most customers receive their orders within 3–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer gang sheet printing and custom sizes?
Yes! We offer gang sheet printing so you can fit multiple designs onto one sheet and save money. We also provide custom sizing options to match your project needs. Simply upload your gang sheet file or choose your preferred dimensions when placing an order.

DTF transfers are extremely versatile and can be applied to:

How do I apply the DTF transfer (heat press instructions)?
Applying your DTF transfer is easy:
- Preheat your garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture.
- Place the transfer on the fabric (design facing up).
- Press at 300–320°F (150–160°C) for 10–15 seconds with medium pressure.
- Let it cool (cold peel recommended unless stated otherwise).
- Peel the film carefully.
- Press again for 5 seconds with parchment paper for durability.
Following these steps ensures the best long-lasting results.
What is your return or reprint policy for damaged or incorrect orders?
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a reprint or replacement depending on the situation. Since DTF prints are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for artwork errors submitted by the customer.
