Due to the custom nature of DTF printing, all sales are final once production begins.

No Refunds on Custom Orders

DTF transfers, gang sheets, and printed items are made specifically for each customer. For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Incorrect size chosen by customer
• Artwork/design errors submitted by customer
• Change of mind after ordering

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly help.

To request a replacement, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the issue

Eligible cases may receive a free reprint or replacement.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, production may begin and cancellation will not be possible.
